Healthy Aging
Healthy aging is not just for those of us eligible for AARP. We are all aging, even the twenty-somethings.
And how healthy we are as seniors may depend on how we live as young people.
Our lives are divided into eras: 0-17, childhood; 18-35, young adult; 36-49, midlife years; 50-100+ senior.
The senior years are not just one long old age. The senior years have their own eras; 50-65, young senior; 66-80, middle-aged senior; 81-95, elder; 96+, sage.
More and more people are living long enough to be sages. With proper attention to our life styles most of us can look forward to a quality old age with a fast decompression in the end.
